Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Orders are only confirmed after successful payment processing.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Cancellation by the customer must be requested within 6 hours of order placement. Orders already processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

4. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use of our products or website.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

? RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love what you buy. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of product delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags intact.

Return not accepted for innerwear, masks, and final-sale items.

2. How to Request a Return

Email us at info@padosikidukan.com with your order ID, item(s), and reason for return.

Once approved, a reverse pickup will be scheduled (subject to serviceable pincode availability).

3. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the return, a refund will be initiated/credited within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

For COD orders, refunds will be processed via NEFT transfer after confirmation of bank details.

4. Return Shipping

Return pickup is free for damaged or wrong items.

For voluntary returns (wrong size or dislike), a reverse shipping fee may apply.

? SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to deliver your products safely and on time across India.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed/delivered within 1–2 working days of successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed/delivered on the next business day.

2. Delivery Timelines

Metro Cities: 3–6 business days

Tier 2 & Rural Areas: 5–10 business days

(Delays may occur during holidays or unforeseen courier issues)

3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

A nominal fee of ₹50 applies for orders below ₹999.

COD orders may incur additional handling charges of ₹40–₹60.

4. Tracking Orders

Once dispatched, a tracking link will be sent via email/SMS.

You can track your order on our website or courier partner’s site using the tracking ID.

5. Failed Deliveries

In case of failed delivery due to wrong address or unavailability, the order will be returned to us.

Re-delivery charges will be applicable if the customer requests re-shipping.
